Flying around the city at high speeds. Nel flys around looking for some fun, the godlike power within her burning looking for some 'victims' to take it out on.
She thought it'd been a while since she did some old fashoned growth on a girl, so that's what she wanted to do, the 4 inch pixie flew around looking for targets.
